About Roger
Roger S. Achille, J.D., is a labor and employment attorney with more than 20 years of experience representing organizations, unions, and individuals in various industries including public safety, construction, transportation, health care, and municipal and state government. He also serves as a labor arbitrator on the American Arbitration Association’s National Panel of Labor Arbitrators.
Achille brings his extensive experience in negotiation, mediation, compliance and human resource development and strategy into the classroom. He has published numerous articles concerning labor and employment law and contemporary human resources issues.
