Isaac Damoah is an associate professor of management at JWU’s Providence Campus. Prior to joining JWU, he held lectureship, professorships, and principal positions in various colleges and universities, as well as project management consultancy services in the UK and US for 16-plus years. He has also led several student teams to compete in regional and national competitions and won; and has also led consultancy and entrepreneurships projects and has won several awards. His successful collaboration with his student, Nirpaul Singh, to develop a technology that reduces carbon emission in vehicle parts secured a £100,000 UK government grant in 2019. He also secured internal competitive £5,000 research grants as an individual in 2018 at Bournemouth University (UK).

Damoah has teaching and research interests in Public Policy and Program/Projects Management performance and their impact on Stakeholders; Operations and Supply Chain Management and SMEs performance. Isaac has published in many journals, book chapters and conference papers; and has his research output in reputable journals such as Journal of Small Business Management; Production Planning & Control; Business Strategy and the Environment; Project Management Journal; Technology Analysis & Strategic Management; International Journal of Banking, Accounting and Finance; Journal of Humanitarian Logistics and Supply Chain Management; International Journal of Technology, Policy and Management; Journal of Project Management; International Journal of Managing Projects in Business; Politics and Policy; International Journal of Construction Management; International Journal of Management and Enterprise Development; Urban Studies and Administration; and Civil Engineering Research Journal.
